CABIN CREW RECRUITMENT PROCESS


Cabin Crew recruitment team of various airlines conducts regular assessments and interviews in numerous countries worldwide. To be shortlisted to attend one of these events you will need to first complete an application and attach all your relevant education certificates and photographs in business attire. For some airlines, the application now also includes a video interview where you will need to ensure that you are appropriately prepared and professionally presented, just as you would for any interview process. The video interview will involve answering a few questions about yourself.


If you meet Cabin Crew requirements and are shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in an Assessment Day consisting of:

  • Initial Assessment exercises
  • English proficiency Test and Psychometric Assessment
  • Individual Competency Based Interview
  • The length of the recruitment process will depend on your success at each stage of assessment. The Cabin Crew team must deliver exceptional customer services experience on every flight whole the time. Thus, the applicant must demonstrate: A positive attitude and empathy for others Strong cultural awareness Ability to adapt to new environments and people Flexibility and the motivation to manage a demanding work schedule .

  • Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP)
  • First Aid
  • Service
  • Fitness and Nutrition
  • Security Procedures
